Athlete's Notes: | PR! by 11 MIN, its about time. WOD felt real good, intense w/ few breaks. BJ 1st 20 UB then rested as needed. PU 25/25. KB 25/10/15/5. Lunges small pauses, but pretty much UB. K2E 17(PR)/ then a bunch of little sets. PP 25/15/10. BE 15/10/10/15. WB i dont even know, a lot of sets, short breaks. Burpees...A lot of sets longer breaks. Sub DU for SU 100/80/20 |
