Athlete's Notes: | A big PR by 3:15 since 2/22/11; really stoked about it especially after doing 30 squat snatches 5 hours prior. First 37 unbroken, but after that sets of 15 or 10. Didnýt time my breaks but I think I only took about 15sec or less during them. This blew up my chest more than my legs. Good WOD. |
