Athlete's Notes: | My first time doing it as RX. Pullups look like crap, just breaking 90 degrees for most of them, but working more reps in just below 45. One day I will be able to do a big boy pullup. All were broken in several sets. Did this at the house so I ended up doing about 20 cleans on the thursters. |
