Athlete's Notes: | Huge PR by over 6 minutes! I really needed this. Got the first 2rds unbroken and all of the DLs unbroken. The HPCs were all done in no more than two sets, 6/3 or 5/4. Starting at the 3rd rd, I didn't put the bar down between the HPC and the PJs, but had to break the PJs into 2 sets on rd 3 and 4. On rd 5 I did the last 3 HPC and the PJs continuous w/o putting the bar down. |
