Athlete's Notes: | This was tuff! The easiest thing was the dead lifts. (Did all rounds unbroken) The only thing I struggled with those was my grip strength. The cleans on the other hand, were mostly done in sets of three to four. (After the dead lifts I just could not hold on to the bar). I did all the push jerks unbroken also, however they were much harder than the dead lifts; another five or ten pounds I wouldnýt have gotten them unbroken. My hands and forearms twitched for at least an hour afterwards then my shoulders started to burn. AWESOME!! |
