Athlete's Notes: | PR by 3 seconds. Not real happy. MUs gave me some problems today. They were 8/2/2, 4/3/2/2/1, 4/2/2/1/1/1/1, but there were also several misses. Squats unbroken 1st round and no more than 2-3 seconds rest during the 2nd and 3rd rounds. |
