Athlete's Notes: | second work out of the day. runs were slow but steady the squat cleans wore out my legs. I did pause on the 800 to expel some excess food and fluid from my stomach. situps unbroken, pushups chest to deck unbroken until last set 10/5/5. still cant do double unders so tripled the single unders |
