Athlete's Notes: | Quick at home workout utilizing weightlifting and gymnastics modalities. Cleans were with an 80# heavy bag. Started with bag flat on ground. On each rep, stood bag up, performed full ROM squat to hug the bag low, then took it from ground to shoulder. Switched shoulders on each rep. Jumped over heavy bag after each burpee. |
