Description: | 10 min AMRAP 2 man team 1 person starts with 10 thrusters @ 65# 10 hang cleans @ 65# while the other person runs 100 meters once the team member returns from the run switch the member that finished the run will start where the other member left off. the bar can not touch the ground at any time if it does it is 5 burpees per person at the end of the workout every time the bar the bar touches the floor. |
