Athlete's Notes: A. 135-145-155-165(m-hpc)-170(m-hpc)-165(m-hpc&ohs)-135-145-150-155. m-hpc means missed hanging power clean. I badly need to work on catching weight in the rock bottom position. My technique was awful.
