Athlete's Notes: | I did bar dips due to rib injury: Dips were:19,23,16 Toes to Bar were11,11,9 L-sits were stupid! I had to use 24" boxes in order to get high enough to keep my feet off the ground. Could only hold for about 10 seconds at a time. B. Round Times were: 2:05, 2:22, 2:21, 2:20, 2:18 for a combined time of 11:26. Pushups were all unbroken. Most of them were broken into 15-5 and 5 for 25. |
