Athlete's Notes: | Weights for front squat were: 185, 215, 230, 245, 255 X1, 270 X0, and 225 X 2 Lower back was very weak and would give out during heavy weight. Ankle flexibility is still the biggest problem. Need to get some weight lifting shoes. B. Wall balls were Rd 1 (30) Rd 2 (10,10,10), Rd 3 (10,10,10). Burpees were horrible, had to keep left knee from touching the ground because of injury. All 3 rounds of the Box jump overs were unbroken. |
