Athlete's Notes: | Jerk Work was 205-225-245-255-265X-265 In the last 2 minutes, I attempted 265 twice and got it on the second lift. On (B) I did strictish pullups and actual double unders. The Double unders took me a very long time. The most I was able to string together was 3. |
