4 minutes of clean & jerk, 135 lb.
4 minutes of rowing
4 minutes of burpees

Post sum of clean & jerk reps, rowing calories and burpee reps to comments.

Athlete's Notes: After Deadlifts. 18 C&J, 51 cal, 41 burpees. One more C&J and 4 more burpees than last time, but gave back 9 calories on the rower. Had to stop altogether at one point to get my heart rate down.
