Athlete's Notes: | A. Based off old 1RM of 335 prior to a back injury. Haven't done heavy back squats since then. 215-250-285-300-320-335X-325X. I'm happy with 320. Still getting my strength back. B. RX 1:23 + 1:24 + 1:23 + 1:24 + 1:23 = 6:57 total time. All WB and DU unbroken. |
