Athlete's Notes: | 25 lb level IV rifle plate carrier. Sets of 10 to 50, then set of 11 to make it to 61. Sets of 10 to finish. Felt pretty good, kept a respectable pace. Jumped up every time, stepped down some. Thank you to those that gave all. |
