Athlete's Notes: | when bench pressing arms felt like they were going to give, left arm weaker than right. Struggled with mod push ups. box dips struggles arm felt like they were going to give, SKCs was lucky to do 5. push ups maybe two inches, felt like i was going to eat the boxs if went lower. TRPDs over all pretty good.Rough all round for starting out. |
