Athlete's Notes: | Home. Was going to do my 1st weighted WOD since back injury, but it felt tender so I did this instead. Would have been faster but I had to switch ropes halfway through 1st set of DUs because my wife's rope was too short and kept hitting my shoes. HSPU 20, 8/7/5, 10/5/5. |
