Athlete's Notes: | PR at 110. DBs at the gym skip from 100 to 110 so all other increments were done with 2.5lb weights in my pockets. Afterwards, I practiced muscle-ups on the new rings both with and without the false grip. I think the weighted pull-ups made the muscle-ups a little harder. |
