Athlete's Notes: | The work out called for a 1200 meter run at the beginning and at the end. I messed up when I estimated the distance. After completing the work out, I went back and measured it with a Laser Range Finder and found it to be 715 Meters out to the turn around spot. This made the round trip the listed 1430 meters. I broke up the P-ups, S-Ups and A-Squats into 10 rounds of 10, 15, 20. |
