Description: Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Results: 13m 19s
Workout scaled
Modifications at: First round: 400m run, 2nd and 3rd round: 200m rum
Smallest kettlebell (4Kg?)
Pull-ups with red band
Warmup: 500m row (row over run...always!)
Cooldown: Kick ups to handstand.
Athlete's Notes: Probably need to move up to blue and green band for pull-ups. Maybe start with a heavier kettlebell, but don't know that I could use that the whole workout. Need to work on my run time--next time I would try to "make up" the two laps at the end--didn't want to hold up the class.
