Athlete's Notes: | Probably need to move up to blue and green band for pull-ups. Maybe start with a heavier kettlebell, but don't know that I could use that the whole workout. Need to work on my run time--next time I would try to "make up" the two laps at the end--didn't want to hold up the class. |
