Run 400 meters
10 L-Pull-ups
15 Back Extension with 25 pound plate
20 Sit-ups with 25 pound plate
Results: 7 rounds 250 reps

Athlete's Notes: 7 rounds 250m run. Never came off the bar on the L PUs, but for some of them I let my legs swing down and back up as momentum. BEs and anchored SUs with a 25lb steel plate held to my chest.
