Athlete's Notes: | At Rich's house. No 20lb vest. Strict pullups and hand release pushups. Finished the pullups and pushups at around 10 minutes so my 5K was around 24 minutes. I'll take it. Glad to do a hero WOD on 9/11. God bless. |
