Athlete's Notes: | Hang Squat Cleans were 18, then 10/8 for the remainder. PUs were 18, then 11/7 until the last round which was 12/6. Power cleans were singles throughout. HSPUs were 10, then 7/3. The bad thoughts started creeping in during the 2nd round, but Santiago wouldn't let me quit. Psalm 62:1 |
