Athlete's Notes: | Needed to make up burpees for missed days, plus today's 30 dry-fires. Should have only done 6 dry-fires per round, but ended up doing 15. Splits were 1:51, 1:58, 1:50, 1:44, and 1:43. Would like to do this type of workout as routine, but will lower dry-fires per round to keep intensity up on burpees. |
