Athlete's Notes: Ran outside at ASO. Immediately afterwards, I collapsed because both my quads cramped. When I tried to stretch them, my left hamstring cramped badly. I rolled around on the ground for a while wondering if I had just given myself Rhabdo. The pain reminded me that I'm still alive. RIP Special Agent Forrest Leamon.
