Athlete's Notes: | Had to check the ego at the door on this one. Did rx'd weights, but only one round instead of two. Not sure if I could have lifted 295 even once after the first round. DLs were in singles, BPs were in sets of four, and Squat Cleans were pretty much singles. RIP Adam Brown. |
