Athlete's Notes: | RIP Lt. Nuttall. Ran outside at ASO with 45lb steel plate (mostly carried on my back). Pretty happy with DLs. Box jumps were basically one at a time because of the height. Pullups in sets of ten. Wall ball in sets of ten except for the first set (20). DUs in sets of 20-25. The run was one of the hardest parts. Dropped the weight about five times. |
