Athlete's Notes: | At home at 9:30am 1) 205 2) 245 FS 225-275(1) - didn't attempt the 2nd rep because I felt like I was going to black out. 5k about 3:40 shy of PR, but it was actually about 200m longer than 5k and I had to wait for about 30s on a train. Still wouldn't have been a PR. |
