Athlete's Notes: | Did better than I thought I would. PR for 3RM. Didn't use medicine ball to judge form until last set. Set at 125 had a break down in form. Went too low on 130, paused and couldn't recover. BDU's and t-shirt, running shoes. Made wrists sore. |
