Athlete's Notes: | Instead of 85 weights for power clean, Scaled it down to 75. This is due to my wrist problem.. Though i felt big improvement on my wrist ( before i can only clean 50), still hping for a flexible wrist. According to coach chino, i need to add more weights, but I dont want my wrist to be injured. FIrst Round, i forgot the proper form so there was a 2 no reps, I didnt count it though. From the ground straight to the shoulder, forgot to touch it in the thigh. round 2 - 5 was great and easy. |
