Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I was better than last time because I felt like I could do the exercises easily and was able to get through all the steps quickly. What can I do to be better next time? I can try to have more attempts of double unders because those count too and I will finish that step faster. Am I happy with my performance? I am happy with my performance because I felt like I did better than last time. |
