Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 I was better than last time because I got a better score, and found myself less tired with the same amount of exertion. What I can do next time is try and remember to do my squats because sometimes I would forget them and would have to make up for them. I am happy with my performance because I did pretty good technique and a pretty high exertion whilst not being very tired. |
