Athlete's Notes: | Power 1) Did 3RM high hang snatch- 155 (no dropping). 2) 215-245-270 X 7. FS 190 X 3. Subbed GMs with 10lb plate. Pistols in sets of 10. MUs unbroken (this was the rest!). HPCs 3 X 4/3/3. I think I would have done better if I hadn't done 1 million squats before the WOD! |
