I am happy with my results because I felt that even though I did most of the actions really well, I still wasn't that tired, whilst last time we did this, I was really tired at the end.
I could go down further on my pushups so I can work myself more.
I did better than last time because I wasn't as tired whilst doing good technique and still pushing myself.
