I am happy with my results because I tried harder this time.
Next time I could start speeding up when there is 2:00 left on the clock instead of a mere 1:00, and I also could have gone all the way down on the pull ups.
I did not do as well this time (unfortunately) because last time I did 14 rounds, while this time I did a small 11.
