Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 I was better than last time because I got a faster time and tried harder. I am not happy with my result because I did not go very fast for the 800 meters, and didn't sprint until the last 25m. I could improve next time by sprinting the last 100-150m and doing full pushups for all 50. |
