Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I don't know if I was better than last time because last time we did a 100 meter run and then 10 lunges and 6 push ups which is different to this time. What can I do to be better next time? Something I can do to be better next time is to sing a song inside my head to I get distracted and don't feel as tired. Am I happy with my performance? I am happy with my performance because we did a harder workout than last time. |
