Athlete's Notes: | DL - stopped at 365 because I strained my lower back (again). For the tests I did the 400m last because I wanted to do it at a track. MU- 11. 400M- 1:05(PR). HSW- 23M. WB- 61 (Shoulders were tired after the HSW). |
