Athlete's Notes: | BBG 1) Skipped. 2) 195 - could have gone heavier but didn't want to push my back. Thrusters 20, 6/5/4, 5/5. V- ups were definitely the slowest part. By the end I had completely recovered my wind but muscle fatigue got me. |
