I did about the same as last time, both times were 4 minutes and something.
Next time when I do this I can improve my crunches because we had to do those quite a few times. And I could improve by not sitting all the way up because thats sit ups.
I am satisfied with my score beause I was still able to do other workouts like walking lunges, burpees, and double unders well and fast.
