Athlete's Notes: | 7.2 Was I better than last time? Yes. My group finished this time and didn't get stuck behind another one of the faster groups. This resulted last time in me doing one round really fast but my partner was too tired. This time that didn't happen and we both finished fine, but we were tired. What can I do to be better next time? My partner was a better runner than me this time, so I had to sprint to try to catch up. I think I should exercise more to become a better runner. Am I happy with my performance? Yes, I went as fast as I could, even if I couldn't keep up with Autumn. |
