Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I think i was bcause last time i got 13 for my score and i belive my pullups and squats were much better What can I do to be better next time? My pushups i had to modify becuse i am terrible at normal pushups, so i think i should work on unmodified push ups. Am I happy with my performance? Yes because i got a better score than last time and i think my squats and pull ups were very good |
