Athlete's Notes: | 7-3 I Was a lot better then last time, because I have improved my pull ups technique as well as my squats technique. I think next time I can work on my push up technique. I am really happy with my performance, because Mr. Forde said if u can hold a conversation when ur done u didn't do enough and i can not hold a conversation because im out of breathe. |
