Athlete's Notes: I was much better than last time because last time, my final score was 12 minutes 17 seconds, which was 1 minutes 24 seconds better than before. Therefore, I was better than last time because I was able to beat my previous record and achieve my high score of 10 minutes and 53 seconds for my time.
2. Next time I feel that I can do better by not resting as much to improve my stamina. I also feel that I can improve my double unders by increasing my wrist motion so that I can at least complete 2 without stopping. Finally, I can improve by jumping higher on the burpees to improve leg strength.
3. I am very happy with my performance because as stated before, I was able to beat my previous score, which made me very happy. Also, I didn't feel as tired at the end of the workout as before, showing that my stamina is improving. In the end, I am satisfied with my performance because while I haven't master this exercise, I am at least showing signs of improvement.
