Athlete's Notes: | BBG 95-105-115-125(1)-125(0)-115-115. Tempo BS @ 235. Purposely paced the WB so that I could get some C&Js when they got heavy. Could have definitely done more WBs each round. WB 29, 22, 5X20. C&J 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2. Had gas left in the tank but 185 was heavy at the end. |
