Was I better than last time?
No because me leg was hurting so i only did the sit-ups however i did the sit ups for 20 minutes and i did 250 sit ups.
What can I do to be better next time?
Next time i will do the sit-ups more consistently and not do them fast and then take a break and do them fast etc.
Am I happy with my performance?
Yes i am very happy because 250 push ups are a lot.
