Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I think i wasn't as good as last time because i felt very weak since i had just been sick for a week. What can I do to be better next time? Next time i think i'll be a bit stronger and so i should try to improve on my push-ups because those weren't so good today Am I happy with my performance? i am not very happy with my performance because i didn't do very well with the exercises. |
