Athlete's Notes: | 7.3 I don't know whether I was better or worse than last time because this is an interval workout, no rounds or minutes is recorded. I can do better next time by getting fitter over trainings and time. I am happy with my performance this time, I gave everything I had plus some high range vocal exercises. |
