Athlete's Notes: | I think I did good, I worked really well and I never gave up. Something I think I can improve is the jumping jacks because I did them quite slowly and I think I could've done them faster but at the same time using good technique. Something that was better than last time is my push ups, I've really improved and I'm happy with my performance. |
